Health & Safety
We have embarked on a journey to create a zero harm culture within our entire global organization. We have earmarked this journey as Realizing Zero. We are very proud of our historical HSE performance. In our efforts to create a zero-harm culture, we expect all DEPCO personnel, contractors and clients to make a personal choice to work safely and to care for their co-workers by actively engaging in our global behavior-based safety process, HEART (Harm Elimination and Recognition Training). HEART is one of our HSE management systems, which emphasizes and empowers employees to engage in safety related conversations geared to reinforce safe work practices in addition to modifying at-risk behavior and conditions.

The Environment
We work closely with our staff, clients, partners, suppliers and contractors to ensure that we work in an environmentally responsible way, and to understand how to minimize environmental impacts, including working to improve the energy efficiency of our own facilities. We combine creativity with practical, real-world experience to turn innovative concepts into reality.

From in-house technology innovation to deliver greener power, working with clients to deliver facilities which are more energy efficient, to projects to meet new environmental regulations, reducing the environmental footprint of our own offices, protecting wildlife habitats or sites of historic importance, environmental remediation, and promoting recycling, we are growing our green focus every day. Social Responsibility

We strive to be a positive presence in the communities in which we operate. We work with our clients, local business and local communities. Examples can include providing training for the local workforce, improving educational resources and medical provisions, developing local suppliers, improving living conditions - for example dealing with efforts to improve drinking water supplies - or provide emergency assistance in the case of natural disasters. We also encourage our employees to participate actively in charitable activities which help make us “good neighbors.” In addition, the company regularly makes contributions to various organizations that seek to improve the quality of life in the communities in which we operate.


Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
We have adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics which contains general guidelines for conduct business consistent with high standards of business ethics.
